SUSHI compliance
The COUNTER R3 reports may be accessed via NISO's Standard Usage Statistics Harvesting Initiative(SUSHI) protocol. A SUSHI test client for Illumina Usage is available via Illumina's Administrative Profile Module. You will need to sign in with your administrative login to access the SUSHI client.

Summary Reports

Signons, Searches, and Queries

Shows the number of times a user signs in (Signons) to access CSA Illumina using the assigned username and password. It also shows the number of searches performed and number of times the databases were queried for submitted searches within a specified time period.

Queries Reports

• by Database

  Each time a person clicks on the search button the number of databases being searched is counted as a query

• by Cluster

The total count of queries made against all subfile databases contained within a cluster database collection. Cluster database collections include:

• ASFA: Aquatic Sciences and Fisheries Abstracts
• Biological Sciences
• Biotechnology and Bioengineering Abstracts
• CSA Materials Research Database with METADEX
• CSA Engineering Research Database
• Environmental Sciences and Pollution Mgmt
• Safety Science and Risk
• CSA Technology Research Database
• Zoological Record Plus (1978-Current)
• CSA High Technology Research Database with Aerospace

CSA strives to provide usage reports that follow the guidelines set forth by the INTERNATIONAL COALITION OF LIBRARY CONSORTIA (ICOLC).

CSA is now compliant with Release 3 of the COUNTER code of Practice for Journals and Databases.
